Job summary

Capgemini is partnering with Farmers via Employer of Record to onboard IT staff for Farmers operations. You’ll guide end users through system setup, access provisioning, and device coordination, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition and suppliers to ensure seamless onboarding.

You’ll resolve onboarding issues, optimize processes, and support new hires and teams to ensure successful system adoption in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Utilize knowledge to ensure end user satisfaction in IT onboarding processes.
• Identify issues in onboarding and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and hiring managers for access needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive customer experience for onboarding IT systems including hardware, access, IDs and networks.
• Order equipment, software, IDs and entitlements for new hires.
• Support IT new hires and leaders with resources and guidance.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire needs.
• Respond to employees and contractors for post-onboarding needs.
• Address routine IT inquiries and resolve issues like access problems.
• Suggest program changes to drive efficiency and process improvements.
• Serve as first responder to system gaps in apps and tools.
