Job summary

Inchcape Digital is seeking an IT Network Engineer Professional to support and optimize enterprise network services in a global IT environment. You will maintain service stability, resolve complex network issues, and work with Cloud, Security, and IT Operations teams to deliver reliable technology services.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, documenting processes, and mentoring team members while adhering to ITSM and change management practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, VPN and enterprise connectivity.
Experience with Azure Firewall, FortiWeb WAF, Global VPN, SD-WAN, DNS,Proxy, Identity, Routing and Switching.
Certifications: CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

Deliver operational support and troubleshooting for network and connectivity services.
Investigate incidents, fulfill service requests, and support root-cause analysis.
Administer and maintain Firewall, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN, and connectivity services.
Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and IT Operations teams on service delivery.
Maintain documentation and promote best practices for continuous improvements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
