Job summary

Inchcape Digital, part of the Inchcape global network, is seeking an IT Operations professional to deliver network support and service restoration across multi-cloud environments.

You will troubleshoot complex incidents, manage changes, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with Cloud, Security, and Database teams to ensure high availability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering
• CCNA/Fortinet NSE/Azure AZ-900/ITIL certifications beneficial
• 3-5 years in IT Operations, Network Operations, or related roles

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support, troubleshoot, and restore services for network and connectivity services.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and support root-cause analysis.
• Administer and troubleshoot Firewalls, Azure Firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, DNS, and connectivity services.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and IT Operations teams for service delivery.
• Maintain operational documentation and promote best practices for continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.

What you’ll do

• Deliver operational support, advanced troubleshooting, and service restoration for network and connectivity services, ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, fulfill service requests, execute operational changes, and support root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot technologies including Firewalls, Azure Firewall, VPN Services, SD-WAN, DNS, Network Security, Routing, Switching, and Connectivity Services.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Database, Identity, and other IT Operations teams to support service delivery and multidisciplinary troubleshooting efforts.
• Drive service quality improvements by maintaining operational documentation, promoting best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members while supporting capability development across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes while maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket records.

About you

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure Support, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge ofTCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VPN, and Enterprise Connectivity Services,Firewall and Network Security technologies,SD-WAN and Hybrid Connectivity,Microsoft Azure Networking Services,ITSM platforms, Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management processes
• Experience with technologies such asAzure Firewall,FortiWeb WAF,Global VPN,SD-WAN,DNS, Proxy, Identity, Routing, and Switching Services,Monitoring & Connectivity Tools.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and ITIL Foundation.
