Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/telecom or equivalent.
• 5+ years in enterprise network operations.
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet.
• Experience with routing, switching, VLANs and VPNs.
• Global networks experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proactive with automation mindset and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot enterprise network services including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, internet connectivity, DNS/DHCP, NAT, and network access.
• Hands-on support for Cisco Meraki environments: switches, APs, dashboards, monitoring, configuration validation.
• Manage Fortinet technologies: FortiGate, policies, VPN, security rules.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities with RCA and improvements.
• Support global network initiatives like office deployments, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi standardization, and cloud‑connected environments.
• Maintain documents, diagrams, inventories, and procedures for governance.
• Drive improvement through monitoring, automation, and scripting; knowledge of Python/DevNet is valued.
