Job summary

Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology strategy and manage a growing IT team on-site.

The role requires strong coding and web development knowledge, careful asset and license management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical projects. AI-driven automation and cross-functional collaboration are key priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams and managing technology strategy.
• Ability to establish and enforce basic IT policies for data security and access control.
• Familiarity with web applications and software development processes.
• Strong coding knowledge and web development familiarity.
• Proven capacity to prioritize work, review code, and mentor developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT team.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and Google Workspace.

• Manage IT assets - hardware, software licenses, and Google Workspace accounts
• Set basic IT policies on access control, password/security hygiene, and handling of sensitive client data
• Provide technical oversight of the firm's web applications
• Knowledgeable in coding and web development
• Prioritize and manage the development backlog, review code, and mentor developers
• Able to translate operational needs into technical/code solutions
• Knowledgeable about AI usage and innovation
• Able to spot opportunities to apply AI or automation to legal and accounting workflows
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to turn requests from leadership and department heads into scoped, prioritized IT projects
