CO Careers in Clark Pampanga seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations onsite. You will manage IT projects, ensure network security, and minimize downtime while aligning technology with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and hands-on expertise in firewall, server, and storage environments. You’ll work with leadership to deliver reliable IT services and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT field or equivalent experience.
• Min. 2 years IT management or Network Administration experience.
• Experience configuring Fortigate Firewall and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy.
• Knowledge of local network setup, firewall routing, VPN, and security hardening.
• Experience with RAID, NAS & SAN storage; PBX is a plus.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English in written and spoken forms.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to set goals and guide the IT team.

Responsibilities

Quick Rundown: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technical support operations. This role is responsible for managing IT projects, maintaining network security and performance, and ensuring minimal system downtime. The IT Manager will work closely with leadership and departmental teams to develop technology solutions that support business goals, while also leading the IT team in delivering reliable technical support and implementing best practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
• Lead IT projects, including the design, desktop support, and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Oversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects, including system, updates, upgrades, mitigations, and outages
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of information systems to determine costs, productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Responsible for the creation and administration of disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
• Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
• Provide directions and manage IT team members that support our employees’ tech concerns 24/7
• Keep downtime to no more than 1-hour per month
• Build operational playbooks in achieving departmental goals and objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any IT field, or at least two years of experience in IT management or Network Administration
• Experience in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall
• Knowledge in Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy
• Local Network Setup & Configuration
• Firewall Setup including Routing & VPN
• Server & Firewall Security Hardening
• Hardware Storage including RAID, NAS & SAN
• Experience with PBX systems is a plus
• Excellent leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product
• Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
• Good time management and task management skills
• High organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
• Able to demonstrate initiative and set goals for the team
