Job summary

APEIRON CONSULTANCY INC. invites motivated BS Information Technology students or graduates to join our IT internship program in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role covers helpdesk, troubleshooting, documentation, and project support, with on-site hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Paid internship available starting in October.

The internship provides hands-on experience across hardware, software, networking, and security tasks within a fast-growing Southeast Asia firm.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate or student in BS Information Technology or related field.
• Willing to report on-site from Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Open to both voluntary and mandatory internship agreements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide helpdesk support to end users.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist in software testing and quality assurance.
• Support data backup and recovery processes.
• Create and update technical documentation, manuals, and guides.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.
• Log and track support tickets and resolutions.
• Assist in monitoring systems for security threats or vulnerabilities.
• Help enforce IT policies and data privacy compliance.
• Support user account management (creation, access rights, deactivation).
• Work alongside IT staff on ongoing projects.

As an IT intern, you will handle the following but not limited to:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
