Staff Domain Inc. is seeking an IT Intern to support the technology team in system maintenance, network operations, end-user support, and infrastructure documentation. The role is ideal for an IT or CS student who is proactive and eager to learn modern IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will gain hands-on experience troublesh-shooting issues, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting core IT initiatives, while working Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM at the Angeles City office.
We're looking for an IT Intern to support our technology team in system maintenance, network operations, end-user support, and infrastructure documentation.
This role is ideal for an IT or Computer Science student who is proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how modern IT operations, hardware/software deployment, and network environments are managed in a fast-paced environment. You'll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting core IT initiatives.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of hardware, software, and systems
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Support daily IT operations, including user account creation, permissions management, and password resets
Assist in monitoring and maintaining local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity
Participate in the imaging, setup, and deployment of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Help document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, procedures, and system configurations
Work with the team to enforce data security, automated system backups, and disaster recovery processes
Maintain inventory records of IT hardware, equipment, and software licenses
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Must be enrolled in the current semester's internship program at your university
Willing and available to complete a minimum of 300 internship hours
Foundational knowledge in Windows, Linux, Basic Networking, and System Administration concepts
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills for supporting end-users
Must be willing to work onsite (2135, Marquee Mall, 2nd Floor (Above Metro Supermarket), A. Gueco St., Angeles City, 2009 Pampanga)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00AM-3:00PM
Familiarity with network diagnostics, active directory, or ticketing systems
Interest in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network security
Previous experience with PC assembly, OS deployment, or hardware repair
Eagerness to research and suggest modern technical solutions or process improvements
Paid internship experience with hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations and infrastructure
Real-world experience in network administration, system deployment, and technical support
Mentorship and direct guidance from an experienced IT team
Practical technical skills and documentation experience to build your resume
