Job summary

Qualite World Company Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Intern to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance, and other technology-related tasks. You will work closely with the IT team to support daily operations and ensure employees have the necessary technical assistance.

The role offers exposure to asset management, documentation, and the opportunity to develop practical IT skills while completing academic requirements for a 2026–2027 graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related course.
• Must be graduating in Academic Year 2026–2027.
• Must be required to complete an internship/OJT as part of the academic requirements.
• Preferably available for internship for at least 400–600 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the IT Department.
• Assist in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in setting up computers and user accounts for new hires.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT equipment and inventory.
• Help document IT assets, equipment, and technical concerns.
• Assist employees with basic technical and software-related issues.
• Support system updates and software installations.
• Assist in maintaining IT records and documentation.

About the role
