Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or at least 2 years of work experience.
Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
Able to learn quickly and become proficient with unfamiliar systems.
Able to interact with different countries, cultures and clients (internal and external).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Resolve problems in response to incidents via trouble tickets.
Identify and break down problems using structured approaches.
Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions.
Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.
Escalate difficult tasks to the next level.
Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments; provide feedback on issues.
Attend trainings per professional development plan.
Follow standard processes and procedures.
Respect agreed service levels and KPIs.
Working in shifts is required.
Perform other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.
