Job Summary
The ICT Infrastructure Expert will be responsible for the design, deployment, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Cloud environments.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in infrastructure operations, HA/DR, security, performance optimization, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server
- Administer Windows Server 2019/2022+, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS, File Services, and Clustering
- Perform server hardening, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
- Manage HA and failover configurations
Linux
- Administer RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, or equivalent
- Manage LVM, RAID, NFS, SSH, systemd, firewalld/iptables, users, permissions, and services
- Perform patching, hardening, troubleshooting, and automation using Shell/Python/Ansible
Virtualization
- Hands-on experience with HPE VM Essentials, VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Manage VMs, clusters, HA, DRS, vMotion/Live Migration, snapshots, provisioning, and capacity
- Implement and support virtualization-based HA/DR solutions
Storage
- Manage enterprise SAN/NAS environments
- Knowledge of FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, RAID, LUNs, storage pools, snapshots, replication, thin provisioning, and deduplication
- Experience with HPE, Dell, or equivalent storage platforms
- Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Manage enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, or equivalent
- Configure backup, retention, replication, restoration, and backup validation
- Support DR/BC planning, RPO/RTO, DR drills, and recovery procedures
Cloud
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Compute/VMs, VPC/VNet, networking, security groups/NSGs, load balancers, storage, backup, monitoring, IAM/RBAC, HA, and DR
- Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud migration, provisioning, sizing, monitoring, and cost optimization
Monitoring & Operations
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, or equivalent
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and alerts
- Perform incident, problem, change management, and RCA
Security & Compliance
- Implement infrastructure hardening, patching, access controls, MFA, RBAC, and vulnerability remediation
- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for audits, compliance, and security remediation
Documentation & Architecture
- Prepare and maintain HLD/LLD, infrastructure architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, CMDB, and asset documentation
- Support infrastructure sizing, technical specifications, vendor evaluation, and modernization initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft/Azure, AWS, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, ITIL, and Storage/Backup vendor certifications
