Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Purchasing Analyst to streamline end-to-end procurement for IT infrastructure, software, cloud services, and related agreements. You will coordinate bids, manage vendor relationships, and support contract negotiations across pricing and licensing.

Maintain records, renewals, and spend data; collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Global teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience are typically required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT purchasing, procurement operations, vendor management, contract administration, or financial operations.
• Experience coordinating bids or RFPs and supporting contract negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs and Enterprise Agreement renewals.
• Experience with Coupa, Oracle, Basware or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; able to organize and report data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; manage multiple purchases and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English; collaborate across global teams.
• Willing to work in US Pacific Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing for IT Infrastructure hardware, software, SaaS, cloud services, and related agreements.
• Serve as liaison between IT Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and vendors.
• Coordinate competitive bidding and evaluate proposals.
• Support contract negotiations including pricing, terms, and renewals.
• Maintain records of contracts, licenses, renewal dates, and owners.
• Manage renewal calendar and coordinate renewals with stakeholders.
• Track POs, invoices, accruals, and spend for budgets and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize licensing.
