Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory DNS, GPO, OU, LDAP configurations.
• Experience with DHCP server management and file servers.
• Knowledge of WSUS patch management for enterprise environments.
• Experience managing DNS services on AWS Route53.
• Hands-on with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• VMware vCenter/ESXi experience.
• PowerShell scripting for task automation.
• Strong L2 troubleshooting across workstation, server, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (DNS, GPO, OU, LDAP).
• Manage enterprise DNS services on AWS Route53.
• Maintain VMware virtualization environment (vCenter and ESXi).
• Administer DHCP services including IP reservations.
• Manage SMTP mail services (Zimbra and Google Workspace).
• Maintain and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019).
• Implement and manage WSUS patch management for enterprise servers.
• Administer Google Workspace and Okta identity management systems.
• Provide L2 technical support for workstation, server, and mobile infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
