Job summary

Ascendion in Makati City is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead office build-out and infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/CS, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, and cabling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing office build-out, workplace expansion, relocation, or office infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, structured cabling, connectivity, and related technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
