Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• At least 3 years progressive experience in a technical support role.
• Experience in healthcare IT support and customer-service oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 IT support to users remotely or on site and own issues end-to-end.
• Improve usability of end devices and ensure a pleasant IT experience for business users.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Install, configure software and computer systems; troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
• Use remote tools and ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem) to manage services.
• Analyze logs, identify trends, and escalate to appropriate teams when needed.
