Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of IT systems (Windows, Linux, network equipment, servers, databases).
• Understanding of IT process management and ITIL best practices.
• Knowledge of computer networking and IT system authentication methods.
• Familiarity with IDS and SIEM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify incidents and classify by severity to minimize service disruption.
• Maintain detailed incident records including root cause and resolution.
• Coordinate timely responses and effective communication with stakeholders.
