Job summary

ELECTOMECH PTE LTD is seeking an IT support and website operations assistant based at BA, FIJI ISLANDS. The role blends first‑line IT helpdesk duties with hands‑on content management for our websites, using WordPress, HTML and CSS.

You will handle user inquiries, maintain site content, perform basic SEO tasks, and collaborate with the IT team to keep systems running smoothly. Diploma or degree in IT/CS required; experience in IT support preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Understanding of website maintenance, SEO basics, and content management principles.

• Provide first-level IT support for software and hardware inquiries.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring information is current and relevant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment.
