Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasay is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Head to lead IT operations and ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing technology systems that support business continuity.

You will oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications; ensure uptime, security, and disaster recovery readiness; and lead, mentor, and develop the IT Operations team while driving policy implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT operations with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
