Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Head to drive the organization’s technology strategy and oversee IT operations. The role focuses on aligning IT initiatives with business goals, managing budgets, and delivering value across departments.

You will lead a high-performing IT team, manage cross-functional projects, and champion technology adoption to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• At least 5 years IT experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong experience in IT strategy, project management, technology implementation, and people leadership.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
