Create Synergies Inc. seeks an experienced IT Governance & Cybersecurity Manager to lead consultant engagements focused on IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, IT security, and resilience management.

The role will lead project delivery, tailor work programs to client requirements, and mentor engagement teams. The Manager will work with clients, Senior Managers, and Partners to deliver high-quality services in a hybrid setup from Makati City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in IT governance, cybersecurity governance, information security, IT security or resilience management.
• Strong knowledge of controls and technology risk.
• Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, IT security, and resilience management.
• Tailor work programs and engagement methodologies to the client's environment.
• Manage project planning, execution, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to team members throughout the engagement.
• Manage staff, client, and partner expectations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Act as a key client contact and communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Review and ensure the quality and completeness of engagement deliverables.
• Assess IT governance and cybersecurity risks and provide recommendations.
• Manage project billings and collections.
• Lead people management activities, including coaching and performance management.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with team members and support their development.
• Coordinate with Senior Managers and Partners on engagement needs.
• Contribute to business development and other IT governance and cybersecurity initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance & Cybersecurity Manager to lead low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements focused on IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, IT security, and resilience management.

The role will lead project delivery, tailor work programs to client requirements, provide technical guidance, manage client and team expectations, and oversee the development of engagement team members through coaching and feedback. The Manager will work closely with clients, Senior Managers, and Partners to deliver high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to team members throughout the engagement.

• Act as a key client contact and directly communicate project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.
• Review and ensure the quality and completeness of engagement deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business consulting or IT assurance projects involving IT governance, cybersecurity governance, information security, IT security, or resilience management.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, information security controls, and technology risk.
• Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a consulting environment.

Reporting Structure

The IT Governance & Cybersecurity Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice – Consulting Team under the Advisory Services Division.

The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and/or Partner of the assigned engagement.
