• Install, test and repair workstations in a break/fix environment.
• Ensure workstations and peripherals function correctly.
• Troubleshoot program issues (e.g., Logical Agent/LivePerson/third-party apps).
• Verify results and conduct system audits.
• Track and organize IT hardware and assets.
• Develop and enforce IT standards and maintain department organization.
• Provide IT support and communicate updates to clients.
• Support IT department and company as needed.
