Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking an IT Generalist in the Philippines to maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment. You will install and test workstations, diagnose issues, and ensure peripherals function properly.

The role involves troubleshooting program issues, maintaining IT assets, and providing general IT support while engaging with clients and upholding IT standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred post-secondary schooling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary schooling preferred.
• ChromeOS device experience preferred.
• Adaptability to learn various software programs.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Strong customer relations and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and service orientation, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install and test workstations (break/fix); diagnose and repair hardware/software issues.
• Ensure workstations are functional; manage peripherals and components.
• Troubleshoot and report program issues (e.g., Logical Agent/LivePerson).
• Verify results and conduct system audits; maintain IT assets inventory.
• Develop and manage IT standards; maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Engage with internal/external clients; provide updates and solutions; ensure IT compliance.
• Provide generalized IT support as required; interpret service delivery metrics.
