Job summary

Rose Pharmacy Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an IT Technician to install, repair, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure across the Davao region. You will respond to trouble tickets, handle service requests and IT projects, and provide on-site support.

The role requires willingness to travel and work at the Davao Distribution Center, supporting 34 active stores. A background in IT with at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in PC maintenance.
• Basic network maintenance.
• Software installation.
• Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure across the area in a technical support capacity.
• Respond to and resolve trouble tickets; implement service requests and assigned IT projects.
• Perform on-site/field technical support.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed.
• To be assigned and based in Davao Distribution Center, supporting 34 active stores.
