Kylin Human Resources and Manning Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to maintain our corporate IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS. You will ensure secure access management, cloud services support, and proactive asset lifecycle handling.
The role involves onboarding/offboarding, IAM administration, VPN and network troubleshooting, and collaboration with Security, Compliance, HR, and other teams to maintain a stable and compliant IT environment.
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to support and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure, endpoint environment, identity and access systems, and IT assets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS, enterprise identity platforms, cloud services, endpoint troubleshooting, and IT asset management. The role will also work closely with Security, Compliance, HR, and other business teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and compliant corporate IT environment.
Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, network, VPN, and connectivity issues.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, access changes, and access revocation.
Administer and support enterprise identity and access management systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, CyberArk, SSO, and MFA.
Support corporate endpoint management, security configuration, patching, software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, assignment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Maintain accurate IT asset and software license inventories.
Support cloud-based corporate infrastructure and services across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems.
Troubleshoot corporate LAN/WLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, proxy, and other common network issues.
3+ years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, IT Operations, or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience administering Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, Okta, CyberArk, or similar IAM/PAM technologies.
Experience supporting cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing, and common enterprise network concepts.
Experience with IT asset management, inventory tracking, software licensing, and procurement.
Experience implementing or supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Familiarity with endpoint management technologies such as MDM, EDR, patch management, and software deployment.
Understanding of security principles including least privilege, access control, endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, and privileged access management.
