Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring an IT End-User-Support Engineer to maintain smooth operation and deployment for end users, coordinating with teams. You will support Office365, SharePoint and MS Teams, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, and troubleshoot Windows OS and network issues.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle IT service requests, mass deployments, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as IT End-User-Support Engineer or equivalent.
• Advanced to expert skills in supporting Office365, SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Advanced to expert skills in supporting Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Advanced to expert skills in supporting Windows OS.
• Advanced to expert skills in Network Troubleshooting.
• Advanced to expert experience in Account Management.
• Advanced to expert experience in Android OS Configuration.
• Advanced to expert experience in IOS / MAC OS Configuration.
• Expert in supporting Computer Hardware and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Handle related tickets from Jira Service Desk and provide technical support via phone, remotely, or in person (remote office) related to IT hardware, software, O365, SharePoint, MS Teams, and networking.
• User account management via Active directory, IDM, MFA, and Mobile Iron but not limited to.
• Address all IT Service request related tickets such as IT equipment’s installation, configuration, and software installation.
• Assist in Problem Management / troubleshooting that could lead to cost savings/reduction, efficient process and reduce recurring tickets.
• Participates in projects such as mass deployments of applications and OS upgrades and other related tasks involving IT End-User Support team.
• Coordinates with third party vendors for support and assistance as necessary
• Conducts daily health check on meeting rooms to ensure equipment’s are operational.
