Job Description

• Configure, develop, and deliver system software components across all functional areas and DEDON global entities.
• Create new customizations and modify existing applications and system integrations based on business requirements.

• Perform data conversions, troubleshoot application issues, and develop effective resolutions.
• Install and implement service packs, patches, and hotfixes as required.
• Act as a technical liaison between IT and business users in collaboration with Business System Analysts.
• Support testing activities for internally or externally developed functionality against defined business requirements.

• Support and drive process improvements and change initiatives aligned with application best practices.
• Develop and maintain system and technical documentation related to new requirements, enhancements, and changes.
• Assist Business System Analysts in defining functional and technical specifications for customizations and integrations related to Dynamics NAV.
• Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and external consultants to understand business and application requirements.
• Ensure delivery of development tasks within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and system integrations.
• Provide Tier 2 application support for operational issues across supported systems.
• Perform other related tasks as reasonably required by management.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience as a software developer working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV C/SIDE (C/AL) or a comparable ERP development environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of ERP programming experience, with hands‑on involvement in full lifecycle implementations, system upgrades, and data migration activities.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV administration or administration of a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with RoleTailored Client (RTC) development, including page and report development using Visual Studio.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (required), including query development, performance tuning, and data analysis.
• Experience working with common third‑party add‑on solutions and their integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Ability to document code customizations and system integrations in accordance with established development standards and best practices.
• Ability to independently test and validate developed solutions and deliver fully functional, high-quality outputs.
• Professional certifications and accreditations are an advantage, or equivalent relevant work experience.
