IT Consultant will be responsible for supporting the DC2 Cebu IT Distribution Center, with primary focus on the Warehouse Expansion Project. The role requires hands‑on expertise in IT infrastructure deployment, PTL system configuration, network and hardware setup, and close coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure IT infrastructure for the expanded warehouse facility
• Install, configure, and maintain PTL (Pick‑to‑Light) systems
• Set up and troubleshoot network components, servers, workstations, and IT hardware
• Coordinate closely with IT vendors, service providers, and internal operations teams
• Ensure system integration, testing, and smooth transition to live operations
• Provide user onboarding, technical guidance, and on‑site support as needed
• Proactively manage assigned tasks and timelines aligned with project milestones
• Ensure strict compliance with attendance, reporting, and documentation requirements
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support day‑to‑day technical operations during and after project implementation

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure deployment, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
• Hands‑on experience with PTL systems, or similar warehouse automation technologies
• Strong working knowledge of networks, hardware setup, system integration, and troubleshooting
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross‑functional internal teams
• Strong task management, documentation, and reporting discipline
• Willingness to work on‑site and support time‑sensitive project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting warehouse expansion or system rollout projects
• Familiarity with inventory systems, WMS, or distribution center IT environments
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and initiative‑driven mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
