Job summary
Aurecon is seeking a Senior IT Commercial Analyst in the Philippines to manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT software products and IT services. You will handle renewals, acquisitions, license requests, supplier management, contract negotiations, governance, budgeting coordination, and PO facilitation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience.
- Experience in software licensing, contract management, supplier management, or commercial operations.
- Proven negotiation experience on commercial agreements and vendor pricing.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, subscription and licensing models.
- Experience coordinating renewals and vendor evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software licensing and IT services renewals, acquisitions and expansions.
- Engage stakeholders to validate requirements and forecast needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with software/service providers.
- Coordinate vendor evaluations with Procurement, Legal, Security and Finance.
- Support purchase order creation and contract administration.
- Monitor licensing obligations and changes from suppliers.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive value.
- Maintain renewal pipelines and commercial forecasts.
