Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Commercial Business Executive to lead enterprise-wide commercial strategy and growth. The role is on-site with a Monday to Friday morning shift, reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in regulated or competitive consumer sectors, with a track record of transforming large-scale businesses and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field required; MBA advantageous.
15+ years of progressive commercial leadership, with 8+ years in senior roles.
Experience leading large-scale consumer business operations in regulated/competitive sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
Lead consumer commercial operations including sales, distribution, and channel management.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through strategic initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen market position.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated strategies.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to hit targets.
Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform decisions.
Lead transformation initiatives to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
Build and coach high-performing leadership teams and foster accountability.
Present performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
