Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Cloud & DevOps Solutions Strategist to drive end-to-end cloud and DevOps initiatives. The role blends technical leadership with governance to ensure reliable service delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business impact across platforms.

The ideal candidate will champion modern cloud-native practices, oversee tool adoption, and guide teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with SLAs and business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing Azure Cloud and DevOps
• Strong scripting skills for automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Proven ability to deliver POCs and transition to production
• Experience in service delivery governance, monitoring, and performance management
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to document complex ideas clearly for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend modern DevOps and cloud-native tools and platforms.

What You Will Do

• Research, evaluate, and recommend modern DevOps and cloud-native tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Lead and deliver proof-of-concept (POC) projects to assess the feasibility and value of new technologies.
• Review existing and planned technology initiatives to ensure alignment with industry trends and future-proof architecture.
• Provide strategic direction on platform and tool adoption, ensuring long-term scalability, security, maintainability, cost efficiency, and alignment with future business needs.
• Present proposed tools, architectures, and implementation strategies to leadership, clearly articulating technical value, expected benefits, and business impact.
• Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for leaders and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure cloud and DevOps solutions are designed with operability, reliability, and supportability in mind.
• Partner with Service Delivery, Operations, and Support teams to align technology decisions with day-to-day service execution.
• Oversee the delivery of cloud and DevOps initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure service requests, incidents, and operational issues are resolved within SLA.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service reliability, deployment frequency, and incident resolution.
• What you need to have:
• 7+ years of experience in Azure Cloud and DevOps implementation.
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Proven ability to deliver POCs and transition them into production-ready solutions.
• Experience in service delivery governance, monitoring, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture (application and infrastructure).
• Experience collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, platform, and development teams on tool implementation.
• Capability to create clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
