We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Operations and DevOps Platform Lead to take technical ownership of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms.
This is a senior, hands-on position requiring deep expertise across virtualisation, backup and recovery, server operating systems, automation, and enterprise storage.
The successful candidate will lead complex technical work, improve platform reliability, and drive automation across the infrastructure environment.
Lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cloud and on-premises infrastructure platforms.
Administer and optimise VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation environments.
Manage Veeam backup, replication, recovery, and disaster-recovery services.
Support and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
Manage enterprise storage platforms, including availability, performance,capacity, and data protection.
Develop automation to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and strengthen operational reliability.
Establish and improve DevOps practices across infrastructure deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support.
Lead the investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure incidents and recurring problems.
Take end-to-end ownership of critical technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and service providers where required.
Plan and deliver infrastructure upgrades, migrations, lifecycle-management activities, and platform improvements.
Define technical standards, operational procedures, and infrastructure documentation.
Identify performance, resilience, security, and capacity risks and implement appropriate improvements.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation support to infrastructure and operations team members.
Contribute to business-continuity and disaster-recovery planning, testing, and remediation.
Support structured change, incident, problem, and capacity-management processes.
Candidates must demonstrate strong, hands‑on expertise in:
Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible, or comparable automation technologies would be highly valuable.
Knowledge or practical experience in the following areas will be advantageous:

Current and relevant industry certifications will be considered during the selection process. Certifications relating to VMware, Veeam, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, storage, DevOps, or automation would be particularly valuable.

Working Arrangement: 100% office-based in BGC, Taguig — this is not a hybrid role.
Shift: Two shifts will be provided for full US Central Time coverage: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ( Both shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
Employees must be comfortable working US‑based schedules and following the assigned shift.
