Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Cloud & DevOps Solutions Strategist to drive end-to-end cloud and DevOps initiatives. The role blends technical leadership with governance to ensure reliable service delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business impact across platforms.

The ideal candidate will champion modern cloud-native practices, oversee tool adoption, and guide teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with SLAs and business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing Azure Cloud and DevOps
• Strong scripting skills for automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
• Proven ability to deliver POCs and transition to production
• Experience in service delivery governance, monitoring, and performance management
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to document complex ideas clearly for technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend modern DevOps and cloud-native tools and platforms.
• Lead POC projects to assess feasibility and value of new technologies.
• Review initiatives to align with industry trends and future-proof architecture.
• Provide strategic direction on platform adoption for long-term scalability and cost efficiency.
• Present architectures and implementations to leadership with clear business impact.
