Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical specs and drive discovery from requirements through to design.

You will work closely with IT and business teams, document user stories, and build workflows to improve processes. A background in agile contexts, JIRA/Confluence familiarity, and a diploma in IT/BA will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with analysis and modeling tools.
• Postgraduate diploma in IT/Business Analysis/Process Engineering.
• CBAP/IIBA certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Hybrid work setup is preferred.
• Up to 20% variable performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned system.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical specifications.
• Elicit, formalize, validate functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories.
• Construct workflows and business process models.
• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders on priorities.
• Assist UX and development teams in designing functionality.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and recommend changes.
• Create quality documentation.
• Lead discovery for small BAU initiatives from signed designs.
