The role requires 5+ years in Business Analysis within software/IT projects, experience with BRD/BPD/RTM, and familiarity with SDLC. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a self-starting mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or IT projects.
• Experience with project management or coordination.
• Experience coordinating with business, technical and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project documentation, and methodologies.
• Experience creating BRD, BPD, and RTM.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT systems and features.
