We seek a seasoned Requirements Analyst to gather and document detailed user stories, manage BRDs, and drive acceptance criteria for projects in the Philippines. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a background in banking

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis.
• Experience with Banking domains (loans or deposits).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
• Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• ITIL certification is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed User Stories (US) and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare Business Requirements Document (when applicable).
• Develop UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals and training materials.
• Maintain awareness of the Software/Product Development Lifecycle.
• Apply Agile/Scrum framework knowledge in project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure task completion.
