Job summary

ActionLabs IT Services Phils. Corp is seeking an IT Asset Admin to support management of laptops, desktops, peripherals, and software licenses.

You will assist with asset receiving, tagging, deployment preparation, returns processing, documentation, and ticket management to ensure accurate records and smooth IT operations. The role welcomes fresh graduates, requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS, and prefers familiarity with inventory systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in IT support or asset management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory management and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect IT equipment deliveries.
• Perform asset tagging and maintain inventory records.
• Create and update asset records in the asset management system.
• Assist with device registration and deployment preparation.
• Coordinate asset pickup, delivery, and return activities.
• Process and maintain asset-related documentation.
• Update asset ownership and transfer records.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding asset processes.
• Check warranty status and asset information when needed.
• Monitor and update asset-related service requests and tickets.
• Assist with inventory audits and asset disposal activities.
• Ensure asset records are accurate and up to date.
