Job summary

Signant Health is seeking an IT Applications Engineer in the Philippines. You will manage and optimize core business apps, including NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian tools. This hands-on role blends engineering, scripting, and day-to-day support to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.

You will collaborate with Service, Infrastructure, and Security teams to implement upgrades, integrations, and automation across the enterprise application portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience administering NetSuite including SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow.
• Managing Microsoft 365 components (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
• Box content management administration with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and configuration of core applications.
• Provide tier 2/3 support and escalate where needed.
• Develop customizations and automations across platforms.
