The IT Applications Engineer is a generalist engineering and support role responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Signant Health's core business applications. The role carries particular depth in NetSuite, Microsoft 365, Box, and Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence), while also supporting the broader enterprise application portfolio as needed.
This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor role that blends technical engineering — configuration, scripting, integrations, automations, and upgrades — with day‑to‑day operational support — tickets, incidents, and user requests. The IT Applications Engineer is a trusted first‑and second‑line point of contact for application issues, and is equally comfortable delivering enhancements and automations that improve reliability and reduce manual effort across the application landscape. Where the IT Application Operations Manager sets direction and leads the team, this role does the technical and support work directly, partnering closely with the Service Operations, Infrastructure Operations, and Security Operations teams.
