Job summary

Oracle in Makati, Philippines is seeking a NetSuite consultant to implement and optimize the NetSuite ERP for customers. You will document requirements, map them to NetSuite functionality, configure and customize the application, and support the sales cycle with scoping and estimation.

In this role you will conduct remote/onsite sessions, document outcomes, and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Nightshift work once a week in Makati is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a NetSuite consultant in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to document and map customer requirements to NetSuite functionality.
• Experience supporting sales cycles with scoping and estimation.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality.
• Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements.
• Conduct consulting sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries.
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
• Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback, and assistance with scoping and estimation.
• Document solutions and contribute to solutions repository.
• Document Best Practices and share with PS practice.
• Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertise.
• Contribute to internal PS knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis.
• Participate in Continuing Education sessions.
• Be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgrade.
• Demonstrates problem solving across diverse scope and complex business workflows.
