Qualifications

• At least a year of experience as a Quality Supervisor in a Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Distribution company.
• Experience with external auditors and conducting audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk management development and implementation.
• Coordinate customer complaints documentation and corrective actions.
• Create quality plans and procedures.
• Facilitate training on quality induction and orientation.
• Collaborate on KPI development.
• Prepare and coordinate audit notices.
