Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an ISC Analytics and Reporting Team Manager to lead a data team and collaborate with IT and stakeholders. You will develop and maintain Power Platform and AI-driven solutions, ensuring workload planning and team growth while coaching members to advance their careers across global functions.

You will report to the Senior Manager of ISC Analytics and Reporting and work in a hybrid setup with overlap across global teams, driving value through data-driven insights and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; flexible with global teams hours.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or similar data infrastructure, including SQL and database design/maintenance.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Power BI or equivalent analytics/visualisation tools, including AI tools like Copilot and agents.
• 1+ years of experience with data tools and assets.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, Python, or R.
