Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Pune/Noida is seeking an IBE Analyst to support global operations through data analytics and reporting. You will gather data, manage customer orders from receipt through closure, and collaborate with planning teams to ensure timely material delivery and invoicing.

The role requires 3–5 years in business operations, SAP/Order entry exposure, and strong MS Excel skills. Flexible shifts and cross-time-zone collaboration are expected to drive stakeholder connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations.
• Exposure to global work style and remote collaboration.
• Hands-on data analytics, reporting, and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes in compliance with SOPs and guidelines across global teams.
• Gather and summarize enabling data to support assigned tasks and customer orders.
• Provide admin support from order receipt through closure, including procurement.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders for timely processing and reporting.
• Maintain project/contract status in business systems and publish required reports.
• Contribute to root-cause analyses and respond to audit processes as required.
• Interact with peers and customers via calls and emails for updates and clarity.
