Emerson is seeking a Senior Supervisor Business Intelligence and Intelligent Automation to lead the Automation Development team and partner with the Operations Manager to improve service levels, productivity, and efficiency through automation.

The role requires 8+ years in IT software, 3+ years of leadership experience, and strong expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and web development technologies. A robust automation toolkit and Agile/Waterfall practices are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
8+ years in IT software development.
3+ years guiding projects and people.
Understanding of leadership responsibilities in operations and development.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and agile/Waterfall methods.
Skilled in web/software development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server.

Responsibilities

Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
Design, develop, and implement custom automation solutions for existing or new processes.
Oversee full life cycle of automation solutions: identify opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy.
Ensure service level agreements are met.
Plan, assign, and direct work with the manager to manage workloads and projects.
Train new hires and ensure they have necessary knowledge and skills.
Provide regular coaching to enhance team performance and involvement in decision-making.
Analyze risk and mitigate project issues.
