Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced BI Reporting Associate Manager to lead reporting initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and support business improvement efforts. You will develop insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize reporting processes, and implement governance controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in BI, reporting, data analytics, or similar role.
• Experience leading or managing a reporting or analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of reporting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage reporting and analytics projects.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Produce accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decisions.
• Ensure reporting processes comply with governance and regulatory standards.
• Perform data validation, quality assurance, and reporting audits.
