Job summary

Global Staff Network in the Philippines seeks an experienced Irrigation Estimator to design irrigation layouts and prepare cost estimates for streetscapes, parks, and landscaped developments for Australian-based projects.

The ideal candidate will translate landscape plans into practical irrigation designs, perform quantity takeoffs, and deliver accurate estimates aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of hands-on irrigation design and layout development experience.
• More than 3 years of construction estimating experience with takeoffs and cost calculations.
• Experience in streetscape, parks, commercial landscaping or public spaces.
• Ability to interpret landscape, irrigation, civil and drainage drawings.
• Knowledge of irrigation hydraulics: flow, pressure and pipe sizing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for irrigation layouts and drawings.
• Hands-on experience with Groundplan, Simpro, and MS Office; client system adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop irrigation layouts from landscape plans for diverse projects.
• Prepare layouts with sprinkler placement, pipe routing, zones, and components.
• Translate drawings into practical irrigation designs and quantities.
• Calculate hydraulics, flow, and pressure requirements for systems.
• Coordinate irrigation with planting, turf, drainage and civil works.
• Provide tender-ready cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
