SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to lead the design of urban, roadway, and site drainage in line with DPWH DGCS and international standards. The role emphasizes layout optimization, capacity assessment, and constructability reviews, with strong multidisciplinary coordination across LGUs, DPWH-EMB, and local authorities.

Mentoring junior engineers is also expected. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in drainage design, and proficiency in Civil3D, hydraulic

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in water resources engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in drainage design.

The Senior Drainage Engineer will be leading the design of urban, roadway, and site drainage systems compliant with the DPWH DGCS and international standards.

• Lead layout optimization, capacity assessment and constructability reviews.
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination and manage stakeholder interfaces LGUs, DPWH-EMB, and other local authorities.
• Mentor and review work of junior engineers.

Profile/Skills

Educational:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in water resources engineering is an advantage.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years progress experience in detailed design of drainage networks or land development.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Civil3D
• Hydraulic modeling using software such as HEC-DAS, SWMM, GIS, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
