- Due Diligence, Project Identification and consultation with end users
- Coordination with the end-users
- Demand Projection and Analysis
- Hydraulic Simulation and Modelling
- Risk Identification and mitigation
- Consultation and alignment of programs with external planners and other government agencies.
- Cost Benefit Analysis and Service Obligation Impact Analysis
- Calibration of the subsidiaries business plan and converting to operation plan.
- Prepare water and wastewater system feasibility studies.
- Makes timely decisions using available information considering the constrains and identified risks.
- Able to use effective approaches for choosing course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
- Able to take actions consistent with information and constraints provided and possible risks.
- Identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions.
- Develop a plan from the data and the recommended solutions.
- Develop plans to accomplish work and objectives.
- Prepare project schedule and predict the implication of the timeliness of the plan into the organizations goal
- Research on applicable technologies and equipment available in the industry/market.
- Reduces steps in a work process that result in time and cost savings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 7-year experience in water resources development and management
- Knowledge on environmental laws and programs
- At least 5-year management experience
