Job summary

Probe CX is seeking an IPC Manager to drive operational stability and business continuity across enterprise systems. You will lead major incidents, govern IT change, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Ideal candidates bring ITSM expertise, ITIL certifications, and experience coordinating with executive teams. A hybrid work model is offered with a strong focus on safeguarding revenue-critical services.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in IT operations/ITSM with safeguarding business operations during high-risk IT activities.
• Preferred ITIL v3/4 Foundation or related certifications (CBPA, PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead major incident management and drive swift, structured service restoration.
• Govern end-to-end IT Change Management lifecycle, including CAB/ECAB.
• Assess business risk and coordinate change timing with operational priorities.
• Communicate outages and progress to executive leadership with clarity.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to quantify downtime and prevent recurrence.
