Job summary

Probe Group is seeking an IPC Manager to drive operational stability, service availability, and business continuity across the enterprise. You will bridge technical operations with business activities to manage IT changes and outages through business risk and KPI lenses.

The role leads Major Incident responses, chairs CAB and ECAB, and guides post-incident reviews to minimize downtime and cost. Strong ITSM expertise and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in IT operations/ITSM with demonstrated success in safeguarding business operations during high-risk IT activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Protection & Operational Alignment with focus on core business processes and KPIs.
• Oversee IT Change Management lifecycle, CAB/ECAB governance, and change risk assessment.
