Job summary

SYCiP SECROU HERNANDEZ & GATMAITAN is seeking a detail-oriented legal support staff to assist the Intellectual Property (IP) department with billing and document management. The role focuses on preparing documents for patent and trademark billing requests and handling IPD database entries.

You will create and manage New Business Matters (NBM) in the STAMP system, docket official IPO communications, and generate routine reminders for the IP team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents to support patent and trademark billing requests.
• Create and manage New Business Matters (NBM) in STAMP and coordinate endorsements with lawyers.
• Update NBM details in the IPD database management system.
• Receive, docket, and track IPO communications.
• Review and docket IP communications.
• Generate reminders for the IP Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
